Shipping calculations are based on the weight of the package and the distance to be shipped to protect you from shipping overcharges. How do we ship? Were glad you asked. Through our 7 years of surplus shipping experience weve found that fedex has been the most cooperative for us to track packages, request claims, and has the best percentage of successful packages delivered. We will ship fedex ground, 3 day, 2 day, or overnight if you desire. All packages will be insured for the purchase amount if a claim form is ever necessary. Special arrangements will made if fedex is unable to deliver packages to your address through USPS. How do we handle lost packages? We will fill out a claim form immediately and fax it to the carriers claim department. In the meantime, well contact you and inform you of the situation. If possible well send a replacement item out to you and work out the details with the carrier. However, we will not be able to rectify the situation until the carrier confirms that the claim has been accepted. |
